New standard for bike data
Nationale Databank Wegverkeersgegevens has developed a new standard for the exchange of bicycle data. As a result this makes it easier to exchange data, compare data and generate reports. The standard is ready and is now being used in the first assignment via the NDW framework agreement.
About the NDW
NDW is an alliance of several public authorities and is overseen by a Board of Supervisors in which all these authorities are being represented. Legally, NDW is part of Rijkswaterstaat. As a result it’s also part of the public entity ‘Staat der Nederlanden’.
